ABOUT
I have always looked for opportunities to build, be creative and to
self-improve. Since focusing on exploring and pursuing a career in
software development, I find these opportunities all the time. As a
recording artist and music producer my intrigue was sparked by a
desire to innovate and problem-solve and technology has opened many
more avenues for exploring these passions.
As a developer, I prioritise communication and attention to detail
and believe an open-minded attitude and a search engine can solve
any problem eventually.
EXPERIENCE
Junior Full Stack Developer | Northcoders
I am a graduate of the developer pathway at Northcoders Bootcamp. Here they teach industry-led, full stack development in JavaScript and provide an amazing introduction to the collaborative coding process, including group work, pair programming and making daily use of industry practices such as kanban boards and stand-ups.
Music Producer and Song-writer | Krrum
Since graduating university I have worked as a recording artist and music producer as Krrum. I’ve had the amazing opportunity to play some of the UK’s best music festivals, including Radio1’s Big Weekend, Reading & Leeds and Lovebox and write and release music through a record deal with 37 Adventures. A real highlight for me was when my single ‘Evil Twin’ was playing by Zane Lowe on Beats 1, which lead to it being used on an Apple advert. I’m still passionate about writing and performing and love to follow the Art and Music scenes in Leeds.

TapInn
Contact free onsite ordering app. Suitable for pubs, cafés and restaurants.
TapInn is a safety-concious, simple to use ordering system,
which helps bars and restaurants with track & trace and order
management.
The team is a small group of graduate developers who have never
met and combining our strengths we have built three sites
including the Corporate, Dashboard and User views using remote,
agile practices.
Front-End built with React (Hooks, Redux), Material UI, Sockett,
tested with Jest and linted using Airbnb standard.
Back-End built with Express, AWS, MYSQL, Lambda, dynamoDB, Cloud
Front and tested with Jest.

Independant, 2D platformer
Web-game
2D-Platformer passion project. Built solo using the Godot gaming engine with GDScript (Python). Aseprite and Tilesetter used for Pixel Art. This is a work in progress, playable demo coming soon.
langsnap
Point and translate, machine-learning application
Say hello to the world with Langsnap. An easy-to-use, interactive app which helps to improve language skills in a fun and simple way. Track progress, save learned words and test the level of understanding. Langsnap is optimised to run on all major mobile devices, making it accessible to all.
